Firm, thick fillets with a medium-low oil content, Blue Warehou is well suited to frying, curries or chowders and is a favourite for fish n chip shops. As a bonus, it is fantastic value for money. 

We take the skin off and de-bone these fillets to make it easy for you to cook at home.
