The Fish | We work with a select group of fishermen to ensure our fish is all of a consistently high quality. All of our fish is sustainably caught by small boats that fish for very short periods of time. We keep in contact with our fishermen so we know what they are catching, we then update our website to reflect the species available. Once the boat comes in, the fish is prepared as per the customers request and packed before being sent out the same day for overnight delivery. This method ensures our customers receive the freshest possible fish and enables us to only catch what we need.
Wildfish | Due to the unpredictable nature of fishing, we can't guarantee we will have the same fish available every week, however we can guarantee that the fish will be fresh and sustainable. If your favourite fish is not available, why not try something new? You may find a new favourite!
