All Christmas Pre-orders (North & South Island) will be sent on Monday 22nd December, for overnight delivery. Please note - No rural deliveries are available. Pre-orders close mid-day on Friday 19th of December.

This pack contains Snapper and Gurnard fillets, either 500g or 1kg of each, depending on the pack you order. The versatility of both fish makes it great for a variety of dishes, giving you endless possibilities in the days before and after Christmas.

We take the skin off and de-bone our Snapper & Gurnard fillets. If you'd prefer the skin on either species, just let us know in your order notes!
